It was really silent and nicely designed 4-star hotel as stated in the description. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the rooms were good sized in all things, everything was perfect. The property was in a favourable location, in the centre which was perfect. It was also very close to common areas including children and Kingston and Jamaica for almost thirty years. Really enjoyed our time here.

Had an amazing stay for our VACATION, glad I've chosen it. In general the staff were outstandingly accommodating and amicable. The venue was in a very central location not far from the concrete jungle as well as a shopping center or something. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met expectation, can recommend it.

Stayed in a double room room, it was new-fashioned with a big standing mirror. A shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were a plus. The service was impeccable throughout our stay.

Great location with beautiful morning views and a well-equipped gym to start the day. The rooms were very clean and had a good supply of quality toiletries. The gym was fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and the available towels and water station were a pleasant surprise. The art work in public areas was also impressive, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal.

Check-in process was extremely long, and staff was slow and asked repetitive questions. Breakfast was underwhelming for the price, with dry items and a broken coffee machine.

Very amiable staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Location right by other attractions, and New Kingston, Devon's house, and other attractions.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. It was so convenient to have shops and commercial services nearby. The staff was absolutely amazing, providing impeccable service from the moment we arrived. They were friendly and helpful, even when we went to the pool late at night, they were there to assist us. The room was luxurious and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully-equipped kitchenette. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and restful sleep. We also loved the outdoor swimming pool and the sun loungers where we could relax and soak up the sun. The attention to detail was outstanding, with a personalized welcome drink and even a small gift for our special occasion.

We highly recommend this place to family and friends.
